First Step (QuickStart) |
The first step involves JAS being tuned to your individual needs. Basic settings are configured; users, clients and departments are defined; text templates are compiled and internal standards are fixed.

Job management |
Here, JAS manages your vacancies – unoccupied positions are set up and listed in a clear and uncluttered manner.

Job portal
After internal release, the vacancies are offered in the job portal which is integrated in to the company’s own Internet website. The online application form is individually tuned beforehand and specific query parameters are set.

Online application |
Prospective applicants now have at their disposal an appropriate online application form directly, for the Internet job advertisement concerned. Applicants can log in here or register themselves for the first time to save their complete data and documents. Applicants can access, update or supplement their data any time. They also have the possibility to query the status of the application processing.

Receipt of application |
Application data is accumulated, and appropriate confirmation of receipt is automatically generated and sent. The data pool generated in this phase, forms the basis for the subsequent selection procedure.
Should in-house circumstances result in a delay in the selection process, interim notifications are automatically generated at freely definable intervals and sent to the applicants.

Steering the selection process |
The applicants’ data is automatically forwarded to each relevant department and specialist division and/or made accessible to them. Individually configurable parameters and selection criteria can be used for pre-selecting suitable applicants during the applicant screening phase. In this way, it is ensured that the minimum prerequisites needed to occupy the vacancy, are fulfilled by those candidates selected for closer scrutiny.Similar to managing interview appointments etc., the compilation and mailing of invitations and/or rejection notifications can occur automatically depending on the mode chosen.
